What if I have never exercised before?
No worries! The most important session for you will be the fitness assessment because we will assess how you move to ensure safety when programming your future workouts. Our top priority is client safety. We will never make you do any exercises that might cause you harm.
What happens during the fitness assessment?
You meet with a personal trainer to go over your personal fitness goals, get your baseline measurements, learn about the variety of nutrition and exercise programs that we offer, and develop a timeline for you to achieve your goals. We will use your measurements to create a customized meal plan. Towards the end of the assessment we will also do a physical assessment to see if there are any deficits in flexibility, strength, coordination, agility, and functional movements. Using our graded assessment we will construct a workout plan that focuses on improving those weaker areas.
