Questions
Before you ask about price
- How much does in-home personal training in Chicago cost?
- Rates depend on how often you train, session length and whether you train solo or with a partner. Tell us your goals and schedule and we'll quote you an exact per-session rate — no obligation, no hard sell.
- What if I don't have space or equipment?
- A living-room rug is enough. Your trainer brings bands, dumbbells and whatever else the program calls for, and designs sessions around your space. If your building has a fitness center, we'll use that instead.
- What happens after I fill out the form?
- We reply within one business day. You'll get a call or text from our team to talk through your goals and match you with the right trainer.
- Can I cancel or reschedule a session?
- Yes. We ask for 24 hours' notice to reschedule so your trainer can adjust their day. Life happens — we're flexible about it.
- Do you train couples, roommates or families?
- Often. Partner training is one of our most popular options and lowers the cost per person. Just tell us who's training on the form.
- I'm coming back from an injury. Is this safe?
- Our team includes a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Tell us what's going on during your consultation so we can discuss an appropriate trainer for your goals.
