Refrigerator Makeovers

Let us assess your mess in the refrigerator. Our nutritionists are ServSafe® certified and can answer any questions involving how to store foods properly to prevent food-borne illness and spoilage. We will help you get rid of any foods that are interfering with your health goals and show you how to create an environment in the refrigerator and kitchen conducive to healthy planning, cooking, and nutritious meals.

This meal plan calculates your optimal calorie goal for gradual healthy weight loss of 1-3 pounds per week. Research shows that weight loss at this rate is best for keeping it off long term.

On The Go

This meal plan is for all of us who wish there was a little more time in the day. You will be able to go shopping one time each week, spend only 2-3 evenings cooking and preparing, and be set with a week's worth of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners for your hectic lifestyle.

Theo

Growing up, Tharon was an active child who participated in multiple sports such as football, basketball, cross-country, and track & field. He was born in Gary, IN. and spent his entire childhood there until he moved to Indianapolis to attend IUPUI. While pursuing his B.S. in Exercise Science and M.S. in Kinesiology, he discovered his fascination for health, fitness, and wellness. He’s passionate about helping individuals reach their health goals with intentions of educating them throughout the process. He has held a variety of positions that spans from health coaching to group fitness to corporate wellness programming. His overall goal is to obtain a PhD as a neuroscientist and study the relationship between physical activity and cognition.
