About Tim

With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, I am passionate about helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident. I earned my bachelor's degree in exercise science and am a Square1 Restorative Movement Practitioner, a TRX Suspension Trainer, and CPR/AED certified. Throughout my career, I've worked with clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to athletes to special populations, focusing on strength training, weight loss, functional movement, and long-term lifestyle change.

When you train with me, you can expect personalized workouts, accountability, education, and encouragement in a positive, motivating environment. My goal is not only to help you reach your fitness goals but to equip you with the knowledge and confidence to maintain them for life.
