Your trainer comes to you

Before Work in the Financial District

The Loop is Chicago's central business district, so a trainer can meet you at work as easily as at home. If your office is near LaSalle Street or in the Theatre District, a session can happen before the day starts or over lunch, in an office gym, a cleared conference room or any open floor your employer allows. A 30- or 45-minute session fits a lunch hour. If your team wants in, we also run group fitness classes for offices, with formats like total body, cardio kickboxing, yoga and foam rolling.

Living Downtown, Training at Home

Living in the Loop usually means an apartment or condo in a larger building, and that gives you a few places to train. Use the fitness center if management allows outside trainers, or the rooftop deck on a mild morning if your building has one. Your unit works too: a living-room rug is enough, and your trainer brings bands, dumbbells and whatever else the program calls for. You can mix it up, with some sessions at the office and others at home. We've also run resident fitness programs in buildings such as Linea, OneEleven and MILA.

Riverwalk Mornings and Grant Park

The Loop has two strong outdoor options. The Chicago Riverwalk runs along the river's main branch, a waterfront path for walking intervals, lunges and a cool-down stretch. To the east, Grant Park opens up room for longer runs, sprints on the open space at Hutchinson Field and a stretch of the Lakefront Trail along the shore. Your trainer can plan sessions outdoors in the warm months and move them back inside when the wind picks up off the lake.

Outdoor sessions near you

  • Chicago Riverwalk — Walking intervals and lunges along the water, finished with a stretch.
  • Grant Park — Sprints and longer runs, with open field space at Hutchinson Field.

The Loop personal training FAQ

Can my trainer meet me at the office before work?

Yes, if your office has room to move and allows it. A conference room or office gym works, your trainer brings the equipment, and sessions can be 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Is Grant Park an option for outdoor sessions?

Yes, in the warmer months. There's room for intervals, sprints and longer runs, plus the Lakefront Trail along the shore. When it gets cold, sessions move back to your home or office.

Is meal delivery available in the Loop?

Yes. The Loop is part of downtown Chicago, where our meal delivery runs, and it pairs well with nutrition counseling, which includes custom meal plans and grocery tours.
