The Park at the Foot of the Towers

Lakeshore East was planned around its own park, and Lake Shore East Park sits at the base of the towers with a walking path, gardens and open space. That makes an outdoor session easy to fit in: a few warm-up loops of the path, bodyweight strength and mobility work in the open space, then back upstairs. For more room, Maggie Daley Park is just across Randolph, and the Lakefront Trail runs along the shore to the east for longer walks or runs. When the weather turns, the session simply moves inside.

Across the New Eastside and Illinois Center

Lakeshore East is the newer part of the New Eastside, which also takes in Illinois Center. If you live in one of the towers, your trainer comes up to your unit with bands, dumbbells and whatever else the program needs, and a living-room rug is enough space. If your building has a rooftop deck, a mild morning up there makes a nice change. If you work in Illinois Center, the session can happen at your office instead, before work or at lunch. Sessions run 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Group Classes for Lakeshore East Buildings

Training doesn't have to be one-on-one. We run group fitness classes for residential buildings, with formats like yoga, total body, cardio kickboxing, Pilates, foam rolling and postural realignment. If your building has a fitness room or a common room that can be cleared, a weekly class gives neighbors a standing reason to show up. Property managers and boards can reach out to set one up, and anyone can still book private sessions on top. We've also run resident fitness programs in buildings such as The Shoreham and The Tides.

Lakeshore East personal training FAQ

Can our building book a group class?

Yes. We run group fitness classes for residential buildings, from yoga and Pilates to cardio kickboxing and foam rolling. Ask your management office to contact us, and we'll talk through what fits your space.

Do you cover Illinois Center and the rest of the New Eastside?

Yes. A trainer can come to your home anywhere in the New Eastside, or to your office in Illinois Center if a workday session fits better.

Is Lake Shore East Park enough for a full workout?

For most sessions, yes. The walking path and open space handle warm-ups, intervals and mobility, and your trainer brings bands and weights. When it's cold, the same plan moves up to your unit.
