About Janina
Hello! I'm Janina. I received my Pilates mat certification and later completed the BASI mat program. Both programs equipped me with essential skills for programming and teaching mat classes that are safe and fun for all levels. That training, combined with my passion for Pilates and the intentionality it requires, is why I decided to become an instructor. My teaching style is classical with a spicy twist. I live by the quote, "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams." I hope my classes inspire you to do hard things off the mat that help you live up to your highest potential, because we both know you are more than capable and worthy!
