Jackie took her first yoga class in 2004 and was immediately hooked. As a former Ballerina of 14 years, she had the flexibility but was lacking mindfulness. She loved the mind body connection and peace of mind that yoga provided for her, both on and off the mat. Yoga has kept her mentally and physically strong, and has provided more benefits to her life than can be simply put into words. She became a yoga instructor to bring these benefits to other people and help spread the joy and good vibes to bring more peace and mindfulness into the community.
