Paige is a 200-hr yoga instructor and has been studying the practice for over 8 years. Bringing together the mind + body connection, she artfully weaves together movement, meditation + breath work. The themes of her classes revolve around unearthing our full potential + putting the power of transformation into the hands of each student. Paige wants to emphasis taking the lessons of mindfulness + gratitude from yoga practice into life practice. Because when we are embodying our health we are unstoppable in our lives.
