Sean grew up studying martial arts and being fascinated by how the human body moves. After dealing with an injury and going through a long rehab process he decided to focus on a career in health and fitness. He enjoys helping people to safely achieve their individual fitness goals and to hopefully find out what they’re truly capable of. Sean’s specialties include weight loss, HIIT, and functional training. He’s helped people successfully prepare for various races and competitions including 5k’s-marathons, triathlons, and stair climbs.
